As sure as ‘eggs is eggs’ – perfect poached eggs every time?

The Cuisipro egg poacher uses the traditional method of poaching, allowing water to gently circulate around the egg, resulting in a perfectly poached egg – evenly cooked whites and a soft yolk.

  • Holes circulate water around egg to gently poach it
  • Poacher securely hooks onto rim of pan
  • Back holes easily drain excess water away preventing cooking water from remaining on the egg and ending on the toast
  • Non-stick food safe silicone rinses clean and is dishwasher safe
  • Hooked onto rim of pan it is easy to manage several eggs at the same time
  • Heat-resistant to 575ºF/300ºC

The Platonic Fireplace Company at 100% Design

The Platonic Fireplace Company once again brings design innovation to the fires they are showing at 100% Design, Stand D39.  Centre stage will be their  dramatic Supernova  fire.   With a burner measuring from 600mm to a massive 4 metres in length this can probably claim to be the longest fire in Europe.

Amongst other fires on stand will be a new version of the Electroscape which utilises cutting edge LED  circuits to produce a very realistic flame effect. Also featured is the Metro XTL balanced flue fire, with three clear glass sides this makes it ideal for installing in a pillar or as a feature room divider. Both these fires are eco-friendly too – using minimum power for maximum effect.
