Mmm, ice cream! The mere mention of the word is enough to set my mouth watering, all those creamy, fruity, chocolatey, minty, (oh the list is endless) flavours are pure heaven on top of a wafer cone! I love ice cream, in fact not just ice cream, gelato, sorbet, lollies, the lot! But the decision making, now that is a lengthy process…. what flavour do i have? one scoop or two? and then there’s the topping…nuts, cookies, chocolate sprinkles, m&m’s?
